1. Introduction

Welcome to Maximus.sg. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “You”) and Maximus.sg (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Maximus.sg is a boutique virtual assistant and AI services provider based in Singapore, delivering performance-driven support to businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals.

2. Scope of Services

We offer tailored virtual assistant services, AI-powered solutions, and related business support, including but not limited to:

  • Administrative support
  • Research and reporting
  • AI Services
  • Customer support
  • Client and customer engagement tasks
  • Other agreed ad-hoc services

All services will be provided in accordance with your instructions and the agreed scope of work.


3. Engagement & Communication

  • Services are provided on an ad-hoc, hourly, or package basis, as agreed in writing.
  • We operate in 5-minute increments for flexible billing.
  • Communication may be conducted via email, messaging platforms, virtual calls, or other agreed methods.
  • Written instructions are required for all work to ensure clarity and record-keeping.

4. Billing & Payment

  • Billing cycles are as agreed upon in the Service Agreement.
  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted payment methods: PayNow, Bank Transfer, or other agreed channels.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide clear, complete, and timely instructions for all tasks.
  • Ensure all materials, data, and access provided are lawful and do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Maintain necessary accounts, software, and permissions to enable task completion.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. No details will be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All work products created by Maximus.sg for the Client will be transferred to the Client upon full payment.
  • Pre-existing templates, processes, or tools remain the property of Maximus.sg.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide services with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee specific outcomes unless agreed in writing.
  • Maximus.sg will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid for the service in question.

9. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Payment remains outstanding after reasonable reminders
  • You engage in unlawful or unethical activities related to our work

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
